Whilst shopping at store.planttheseedministries.org, you may find products that you may wish to save but not purchase immediately, this can be added to your wish list as a convenient reminder for furhter visits to this website.
Once the checkout process is complete, you will be directed to the order confirmation page, here you will see the complete details of your order including confirmation number. we recommend that you print this receipt and save the order information.
Change an Order
We aim to get your order shipped or available for download as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately therefore we cannot cancel or change an order.
A Backorder is an order that cannot be currently shipped, but is requested nonetheless for when the item becomes available again. If you make a backorder, your order will be shipped when it becomes available. Please give at least 2 weeks before shipping of such orders.
If you make an order for Church Resources, At Checkout please enter the name of the church or prayer group and the official email associated to the church or prayer group.
Order has not arrived
If your order did not end up arriving, be sure to let us know.
First check your shipping confirmation and then check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we would be happy to send you another order to the correct address, you will have to cover the cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We will see what can be done.
